On Oct. 29, Judith D'Aguilar purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 10209 Vestal Court, Coral Springs from Timothy A. and Angeline M. Downing for $610,000.

So far in October 2021, 190 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Timothy A. Downing has been registered to vote since 1989. Angeline M. Downing has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10209 Vestal Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Timothy A. Downing, 73, Angeline M. Downing, 83, and Jason P. Christmas, 43.
