City of Mount Dora recently issued the following announcement.

Department of Health- Lake County (DOH-Lake) is offering first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine at three locations Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm.

• DOH-Lake Community Health: 560 W. DeSoto Street, Clermont
• DOH-Lake Umatilla: 249 E. Collins Street, Umatilla
• DOH-Lake Leesburg: 2113 Griffin Road, Leesburg

Eligibility is 12 years of age and older. Individuals 12-17 needs to have a parent or legal guardian present, and the minor must have proof of age (anything with a name and date of birth).

Regarding second doses:

• Individuals may go to any vaccine location offering the shot, including private pharmacies and healthcare providers.
