On Sept. 30, Mitchell and Penny Klombers sold their home at 4667 Rothschild Drive, Coral Springs to Sam Evans for $650,000.

So far in September 2021, 253 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Penny C. Klombers has been registered to vote since 1996. Mitchell Jay Klombers has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
