On Sept. 30, Marcus Dos Santos and Paola Callegaris sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4411 N.W. Ninth St., Coconut Creek to Ricardo Da and Magda Ortega Cunha Da Silva for $510,000.

This home last sold for $390,000 on May 6, 2020.

So far in September 2021, 110 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 4411 N.W. Ninth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James E. Snyder, 53, Michael L. Snyder, 50, James R. Webb, 43, Kathryn Schaefer Snyder, 74, Kathryn Margaret Snyder, 52, and Lisa Fairbrother, 43.
