On Sept. 30, Haydee Brito and Lourdes Gordon sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2492 N.W. 89th Drive 2492-12, Coral Springs to Denis D Michel for $175,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 16, 2015 for $75,000.

So far in September 2021, 253 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lourdes C. Gordon has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2492 N.W. 89th Drive 2492-12 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lourdes C. Gordon, 49, Shawn Jamal Gordon, 25, and Quency John Gordon, 28.
