On Sept. 30, Victoria Rosellini sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1150 Hillsboro Mile 208, Hillsboro Beach to Dawn Lafontaine for $315,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 13, 2015. It last sold for $232,500.

So far in September 2021, 13 properties sold in Hillsboro Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dawn Tarry Lafontaine has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1150 Hillsboro Mile 208 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dawn Tarry Lafontaine, 60, and Michelle Anne Luna, 48.
