On Sept. 30, Mario and Candace Diaz purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6510 Pebble Beach, N. Lauderdale from Joshua M. and Amanda J. McCormack for $360,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 23, 2008 for $172,000.

So far in September 2021, 66 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Amanda Jo McCormack has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6510 Pebble Beach, N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Merlina Jimenez Alcantara, 67, Amanda Jo McCormack, 39, and Elizabeth J. Alcantara, 29.
