On Sept. 30, Doniqua Swaby and Ramon Morris purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6531 Harbour Road, N. Lauderdale from Jenny Sibaja and Henry Buitrago for $262,000.

This home last sold for $26,300 on Sept. 13, 2004.

So far in September 2021, 66 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jenny Sibaja has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6531 Harbour Road, N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary Bradley McGowan, 72, Gary Lee McGowan, 55, and Jenny Sibaja, 64.
