The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6505 N.W. 78th Place, Parkland was sold on Sept. 29 by Jeffrey Weiner and Carol Ann Tees (living trust) for $615,000. The buyers were Alexey Dmitriev and Maiia Dmitrieva.

This home last sold for $300,000 on Dec. 19, 2008.

So far in September 2021, 57 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jeffrey J. Weiner has been registered to vote since 2000. Carol Ann Tees has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
