On Sept. 29, Sheila Suanne Lee, Mark Alan and Gerald Steven Singer and Dawn G. Singer (trust) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 7701 N.W. 18th Court, Margate to Adam Joseph and Catherine Lee Grasch for $375,000.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Catherine Lee Grasch (48) has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
