This home last sold on Jan. 18, 2019 for $165,000.

So far in September 2021, 280 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1448 N.E. 29th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elise C. Oglesby, 88, Mary Wright Jared, 77, Dawn Musial, 54, and Brian E. Ashline, 45.
