On Sept. 29, Christopher and Tasha Byars purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 7928 N.W. First St., Margate from Martin and Annette Singh for $440,000.

This home last sold for $195,000 on Oct. 28, 2003.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Martin Singh has been registered to vote since 2008. Annette Jane Singh has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7928 N.W. First St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mario V. Rogozzino, 78, Martin Singh, 64, and Annette Jane Singh, 69.
