The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 12415 N.W. 56th Court, Coral Springs was sold on Sept. 29 by Aaron M. Joly and Lindsay D Poveromo-Joly for $450,000. The buyer was Francina Tavarez Bisono.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 17, 2008. It last sold for $240,000.

So far in September 2021, 234 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Aaron Matthew Joly has been registered to vote since 2003. Lindsay Delores Poveromo-Joly has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
