The last time this home sold was Dec. 4, 2020. It last sold for $350,000.

So far in September 2021, 57 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 7988 N.W. 128th Lane 6F as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jessica Marie Feldstein, 31, Karen Leigh Feldstein, 60, Tara Lynn Feldstein, 36, Melvin Sawyer, 64, and Heather Lee Feldstein, 34.
