On Sept. 29, Roberta A. Zvolensky sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1325 Poinsettia Drive, Deerfield Beach to Michel Brosseau and Jocelyne Potvin for $85,000.

So far in September 2021, 214 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Roberta A. Zvolensky has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1325 Poinsettia Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Roberta A. Zvolensky, 82, and Joseph C. Zvolensky, 85.
