On Sept. 29, Gelia N. and Peter McLaughlin sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5112 Banyan Lane, Tamarac to Gracieuse Jean and Guervera Jean Philippe for $500,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 24, 2018 for $425,000.

So far in September 2021, 213 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Peter Alexander McLaughlin has been registered to vote since 2016. Gelia McLaughlin has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
