On Sept. 29, Alfred J. Mims and Nakeesha A. Zamor sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2385 N.W. 33rd Terrace, Coconut Creek to Joel and Keisha Clousing for $425,500.

This home last sold for $185,000 on Dec. 26, 2002.

So far in September 2021, 103 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alfred Mims has been registered to vote since 1999. Nakeesha A. Zamor has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2385 N.W. 33rd Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alfred Mims, 40, Nakeesha A. Zamor, 34, and Rose Marie Zamor, 71.
