The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11201 N.W. 26th Drive, Coral Springs was sold on Sept. 29 by Ernestine Summers for $209,849.37. The buyers were Karl A. and Bonnie L. Summers.

This home last sold for $385,000 on Dec. 11, 2002.

So far in September 2021, 234 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Bonnie Lee Summers has been registered to vote since 2012. Karl Arthur Summers has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 11201 N.W. 26th Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bonnie Lee Summers, 58, Karl Arthur Summers, 63, and Sierra Nicole Summers, 20.
