The home at 5952 N.W. 66th Ave., Parkland was sold on Sept. 29 by Pablo and Sandra Raba for $500,000. The buyer was Marimat Investments LLC.

So far in September 2021, 57 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 5952 N.W. 66th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leslie Picone, 67, Rachael L. Picone, 34, and Raul Eduardo Mathison, 57.
