On Sept. 29, Peng and Anita Kaya sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 7111 N.W. 44th Lane, Coconut Creek to Jacqueline and Carla Ann Dixon for $450,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 10, 2001 for $230,000.

So far in September 2021, 103 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anita Kaya has been registered to vote since 1987.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7111 N.W. 44th Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Manoon Inthasing, 50, and Anita Kaya, 60.
