This home last sold on April 7, 2010 for $72,000.

So far in September 2021, 103 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dain Drew Adams (47) has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
