This home last sold on Aug. 17, 2020 for $417,500.

So far in September 2021, 214 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 801 S.E. 17th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: John M. Major, 80, Christine Major Potter, 55, and Evangeline Oceana Potter, 24.
