The last time this home sold was Oct. 1, 2010. It last sold for $412,000.

So far in September 2021, 234 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Volrick Darrell Morrison has been registered to vote since 1993.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12775 N.W. 15th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Volrick Darrell Morrison, 45, and Angela Sekinat Adeshina-Morrison, 45.
