On Sept. 29, Christopher Dunn and Elyssa Marmol purchased a home at 9051 N.W. 20th Manor, Coral Springs from Henock Bemnet and Sara Yemane Tesfazgi for $521,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 31, 2018. It last sold for $375,000.

So far in September 2021, 234 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Henock Tsegai Bemnet has been registered to vote since 2004. Sara Yemane Tesfazgi has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
