On Sept. 28, Stephen and Jeanette Rankin purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5231 Gate Lake Road 5231-A, Tamarac from Dennis James Dunn and Robert Daniel Fortier for $161,700.

This home last sold on June 21, 2001 for $86,500.

So far in September 2021, 196 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stephen Neale Rankin (43) has been registered to vote since 2003.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
