On Sept. 28, Jose M. and Jodine Sejour Donatien sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 9007 N.W. 58th Court, Parkland to Mariya Marych for $975,000.

So far in September 2021, 53 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jodine Donatien has been registered to vote since 1993. Jose Myrtho Donatien has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9007 N.W. 58th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jenee Anita Cidel, 20, Jodine Donatien, 45, and Jose Myrtho Donatien, 48.
