The five bedroom, five bathroom home at 6006 Pinewood Ave., Parkland was sold on Sept. 28 by Dale Frank and Terry Lynn Marinelli for $1,450,000. The buyer was Isabel Sanchez.

This home last sold for $894,480 on Nov. 13, 2001.

So far in September 2021, 53 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Terry L. Marinelli has been registered to vote since 1988. Dale Frank Marinelli has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6006 Pinewood Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tristan Thomas Marinelli, 26, Terry L. Marinelli, 60, and Dale Frank Marinelli, 60.
