On Sept. 28, Shai Pniel sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 8415 N.W. 80th Court, Tamarac to Isaias and Jessica Velez for $515,000.

This home last sold for $250,000 on March 9, 2012.

So far in September 2021, 196 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 8415 N.W. 80th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara Holl, 82, Constance Ann Stevens, 57, Edwin Bonilla, 54, and Aida Noris Bonilla, 49.
