The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 2431 N.W. 107th Ave., Coral Springs was sold on Sept. 28 by Stephen Jerome Brownlee and Megan Kathleen Smith for $630,000. The buyer was Valli O Reynolds.

This home last sold for $530,000 on Aug. 18, 2020.

So far in September 2021, 214 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2431 N.W. 107th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Janeanne Stefanowitz, 57, Alexander Stefanowitz, 67, and Christina Ashley Stefanowitz, 28.
