On Sept. 27, Francisco and Agripina C. Viton purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2759 Carambola Circle 1934, Coconut Creek from Odaliiz Martinez for $185,000.

This home last sold for $66,700 on Nov. 17, 2011.

So far in September 2021, 92 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2759 Carambola Circle 1934 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Odaliz Martinez, 56, Melanie Odaliz Tobar, 30, and Nestor Emiro Pinzon, 62.
