The six bedroom home at 4570 San Mellina Drive, Coconut Creek was sold on Aug. 30 by Kimberly and Joshua Martorano for $775,000. The buyer was Alexandra Metnick.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 15, 2016. It last sold for $540,000.

So far in August 2021, 154 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Josh Anthony Martorano has been registered to vote since 2004. Kimberly Ann Martorano has been registered to vote since 2005.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 4570 San Mellina Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: James P. Sommerer, 47, Josh Anthony Martorano, 39, Amanda Nicole Vanwettering, 22, Kimberly Ann Martorano, 40, and Walter Jonathan Vanwettering, 24.
