The home at 8282 Emerald Ave., Parkland was sold on Aug. 31 by Fatima Muhamed and Nawaz Muhamed (living trust) for $1,100,000. The buyers were Kriya Emanuelle and Kayle Verne Gishen.

This home last sold on July 26, 2019 for $567,000.

So far in August 2021, 80 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michelle Austin-Wilks, 48, was the only registered voter residing at 8282 Emerald Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
