The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5590 Lakewood Circle B, Margate was sold on Aug. 31 by Patrick and Patsy Joseph and Frances A. Criscuola for $220,000. The buyer was Joseph Patrick Criscuola.

So far in August 2021, 144 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joseph Criscuola has been registered to vote since 1991.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5590 Lakewood Circle B as of Oct. 10, 2020: Doris Criscuola, 88, and Joseph Criscuola, 90.
