This home last sold for $229,000 on Nov. 7, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 243 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Matthew Theriault has been registered to vote since 2016. Nancy Krueger Theriault has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
