On Aug. 31, Don Julian Builders Inc. purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 2401 N.E. 32nd Court, Lighthouse Point from Dirk D. and Jane F. Dejong and Dirk D. De and Jane F. De Jong for $1,400,000.

So far in August 2021, 44 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jane Furman De Jong has been registered to vote since 1980. Dirk D. De Jong has been registered to vote since 1980.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2401 N.E. 32nd Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jane Furman De Jong, 66, Dirk D. De Jong, 66, Joan Corbett Neuber, 58, and Douglas H. Dejong, 32.
