On Aug. 30, Kan-JYH Chern sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5914 Riverside Ave., Tamarac to Amiose L Metayer for $245,000.

This home last sold on June 17, 2009 for $85,500.

So far in August 2021, 227 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Michael Fung Chung, 25, was the only registered voter residing at 5914 Riverside Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
