On Aug. 30, Catherine Quinlan (living trust) sold their home at 6686 N.W. 112th Ave., Parkland to Rene Serphos and Cecillia Azus-Serphos for $650,000.

So far in August 2021, 77 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Catherine Lekos Quinlan has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6686 N.W. 112th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Catherine Lekos Quinlan, 73, and John K. Quinlan, 73.
