On Aug. 30, Coritta and Rupert Boyd sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7813 N.W. 69th Terrace, Tamarac to Sasha Williams and McKinley Leonard for $386,000.

This home last sold on June 23, 2017 for $295,000.

So far in August 2021, 227 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Coritta Theresa Lord-Boyd, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 7813 N.W. 69th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020.
