The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4401 N.E. 19th Ave., Oakland Park was sold on Aug. 30 by William Westberry and Richard Komnath for $765,000. The buyers were Joseph and Anat Leon.

This home last sold for $420,000 on April 17, 2003.

So far in August 2021, 132 properties sold in Oakland Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Richard Andrew Komnath (73) has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
