On Aug. 30, Gyorgy Ari and Szilvia Hegyi sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4202 N.W. 76th Ave., Coral Springs to Anay Fernandez Santamaria and Noslen Perez MacHado for $441,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 14, 2014 for $210,000.

So far in August 2021, 275 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Szilvia Hegyi has been registered to vote since 2009. Gyorgy Ari has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
