On Aug. 30, Sebastian Llamosas purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6016 N.W. 77th Ave., Tamarac from Marlene Wolff for $285,000.

This home last sold for $137,000 on Jan. 14, 2003.

So far in August 2021, 227 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marlene Wolff (79) has been registered to vote since 1980.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
