On Aug. 30, Melisia McGill-Dixon purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4953 N. Hemingway Circle 183-755, Margate from Andrea Dwyer-Steiner and Zachariah L Steiner for $267,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 5, 2005 for $235,000.

So far in August 2021, 134 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Andrea Dwyer Steiner (36) has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
