On Aug. 27, Stephane Dagenais and Maxime Crepeau purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 321 S.E. 13th Court, Pompano Beach from Neal S. and Melissa Victor for $1,035,000.

This home last sold on May 26, 2005 for $680,000.

So far in August 2021, 289 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Melissa Manos Victor has been registered to vote since 2015. Neal S. Victor has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
