On Aug. 27, Veronica Myrtle Collins purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2307 S.W. 81st Terrace 4, N. Lauderdale from Pauline Palomino-Lyn and Pauline Palomino for $145,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 16, 2012 for $54,500.

So far in August 2021, 65 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Pauline Palomino (64) has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
