The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 1140 S.E. Fifth Ave., Pompano Beach was sold on Aug. 27 by Kevin and Christine Vas for $1,700,000. The buyers were Gayle and Timothy Alto Taylor.

This home last sold for $1,350,000 on Sept. 17, 2020.

So far in August 2021, 289 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1140 S.E. Fifth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Ann Busch, 63, Anthony Marcello Alberico, 56, and Dionne Melissa Reid, 39.
