The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7832 Sunflower Drive, Margate was sold on Aug. 27 by Gregory K. and Teri A. Severine for $460,000. The buyers were Jesse Nelson and Stephanie Nejib.

So far in August 2021, 128 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Teri A. Severine has been registered to vote since 1985. Gregory K. Severine has been registered to vote since 1991.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7832 Sunflower Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kylie Ann Severine, 20, Teri A. Severine, 54, and Gregory K. Severine, 56.
