The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7340 Lake Circle Drive 307, Margate was sold on Aug. 26 by Gary and Jason Farrell and Kristine Farrell Holmes for $105,000. The buyer was Martha S. Arce.

So far in August 2021, 122 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jean Farrell, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 7340 Lake Circle Drive 307 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
