This home last sold for $165,000 on Nov. 2, 2020.

So far in August 2021, 204 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2503 N.W. 49th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nancy Voigt, 58, and James Walter Voigt, 70.
