This home last sold for $35,000 on April 9, 2010.

So far in August 2021, 63 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 960 S.W. 74th Ave., N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lloyd A. Porter, 51, and Joyce O. Iweh, 75.
