On Aug. 26, David Stechly purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1500 S. Ocean Blvd. 202, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea from Peter M. Bernhardt and Marvin Copley for $235,000.

So far in August 2021, 35 properties sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
